• Aridus is a dry, rocky planet, with very few rivers, and scarce rain.
• The entire land of the planet is called Aresca (no continents).
• Inhabitants: 
  • Aridans – Tall humanoids with wide heads, dark bulb-like eyes, and four arms. They are of the strongest beings in Saur Mandal.
    • Language – Aristh
  • Thrixans – Short, plump humanoids, about 4 to 5 feet in height, covered almost entirely in hair which protects them from the blistering heat. They also have life spans up to 300 years.
    • Languages: Glō̂ssa, Xantho’a
    • They are the miners, farmers, and armorers of the SM.
  • Tekon – Thrixans corrupted with dark Medei magic following the Medeis Malum. Their faces have become distorted, giving them a monstrous appearance. Their hair singed off from the toxic rain produced by the cataclysm, and their eyes black in some and red in others.

• Places:
  • Deosum Canals
    • Located on the western side of Aresca, they are underground colonies that stretch for hundreds of kilometers.
    • Inhabited by the Thrixans.
  • Sicca
    • A small city located on the southern hemisphere above ground.
    • Inhabited by the Tekon.
